Note biographique
Édith-Anne Pageot mène des recherches sur les politiques de l’identité du corps et du territoire. Elle a présenté son travail dans divers colloques nationaux et internationaux et a publié dans plusieurs revues scientifiques. En collaboration avec Eugenia Sojka, elle a contribué au livre State-Nation-Identity in Cultural Discourses of Canada (2010). Pour la revue RACAR, elle a codirigé le numéro thématique Paysage, espaces culturels, écologie (2010). Grâce à l’appui du Conseil des arts du Canada, elle prépare une monographie sur l’identité, le territoire et l’engagement social. Elle est professeure auxiliaire à l’Université d’Ottawa, où elle enseigne depuis 2002.

Biographical note
Édith-Anne Pageot is researching the politics of identity as related to body and territory. She has presented her work at various national and international symposia and has published in several scientific journals. With Eugenia Sojka, she contributed to the book State-Nation-Identity in Cultural Discourses of Canada (2010). She also co-edited a thematic issue of the art journal RACAR: “Paysage, espaces culturels, écologie” (2010). With funding from the Canada Council for the Arts, she is preparing a monograph on identity, territory, and social involvement. She is a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa, where she has been teaching since 2002.
