This article is intended to analyze the Tunisian automobile insurance rating system, using an optimal rating model. ln this regard, we apply a rating model based on the characteristics of policy holders and their number of past accidents (Lemaire 1995, Dionne and Vanasse 1992). Our data base is structured for a five-year period (1990-1995) and contains 46,337 observations, allowing us to evaluate, from annual data with the use of models for count data (Poisson and negative binomial), the relative importance of factors explaining the number of accidents during a period and to build up optimal bonus-malus tables. We come to the conclusion that other variables than the power and the use of vehicles (which are the two rating criteria in the actual regime) are significant to explain the number of accidents (insured residence, insured coverages, model and age of vehicles) and also, in other respects, that the bonus-malus table put in place by the ministry of Finance is not optimal.

Introduction. Health promoting behaviour tools abound in English, while they are scarce or almost non-existent in French. This article aimed to validate a composite questionnaire to identify health promoting or risky behaviours. Method. The ten steps of adapting psychological tests/scales provide by Gana et al. (2021) were applied to data collected from 343 adolescents and young adults aged 15-25 (mean = 17.6 ± 1.76) who completed a questionnaire of 51 items derive from three pre-existing scales. Results. Exploratory and confirmatory analyses support the eight dimensions structure with 27 items explaining 56.69% of variances: spiritual health; interpersonal relationship; physical exercise; stress management; appreciation of life; sleep hygiene; responsibility in health; and social support. Conclusion. The Composite Health Promotion Behaviour Assessment Questionnaire (AHPB-27) is valid for identifying health promoting behaviours among adolescents and young adults in the francophonie.

The necropolis of Sur les Pâtureaux in Chichery (Yonne, France) was explored from 1981 to 1984 by J.-L. Tainturier, then by J.-P. Delor. Thirteen graves were uncovered over a surface of 600 m2 while the limits of the site have probably not been attained. Most of these graves are of the “ Balloy type”, which is identified in around a dozen sites in the Paris Basin. They associate a “ vault” installed within the grave and a defunct placed in a mobile container. They are attributed to the Cerny horizon. The tombs are installed in two to three rows following a north-west/ south-east axis, though we cannot assume they were included in one or several elongated monuments, as is often the case for this type of burial. The population includes a significant number of very young individuals, indicating either that the selection of the subjects was not based on age, or that the necropolis was divided into sectors based on this same criteria. The objects associated with the graves are few and consist only of worked flint objects, mainly arrowheads and picks. No macroscopic traces of use are visible on them. Such a lithic industry is not incongruous in the context of Balloy-type burials, but the absence of any other objects is elsewhere unknown. While Cerny is undeniably the primary reference for such a necropolis, some features of Sur les Pâtureaux voice caution. Though picks are frequent in the habitats of this culture, some of the weapon armatures are more closely associated with the Rössen and Chassey cultures. Moreover, the orientation of the graves is the one most frequently given in the Mittelneolithikum of Rhineland. The seven dates obtained situate the tombs before the middle of the 5th millennium, or in the first part of the Cerny horizon. They confirm that Balloy-type tombs exist in the Paris Basin from the very beginning of this horizon, with no relation to the pottery facies of the Cerny culture.
