Digital Goods Piracy : Main Problematics of the Economic Literature Intellectual property rights foster creation by protecting the rent of the owner of the right. However, digitali- zation of goods such as music, videos and softwares reduces copying costs while assuring a quality of the copy as good as the original. The parallel growth of the Internet contributes to the birth of high scale piracy by the public. To what extent the rent of the owners of the right is threatened ? This paper surveys the main economic issues at stake through a presentation of the positive and negative consequences of illegal copying on firms strategies. It also reviews the impacts and efficiency of legal, technical and fiscal protections.

This article aims to show that, beyond the managerial literature, the notion of governance is subject to various economic and socio-cultural perceptions and representations that organizational actors hold at a specific time. In this research work, we question the polysemy of this concept through the discourse of Burundian students in order to explore its range and stakes. The content analysis of these discourses revealed that the lexical field related to governance, emerging from those students' discourses, describes mainly the political and socio-economic situation of the country. In other words, this discourse refers more to a political, economic or social context than to specific characteristics associated with the notion of governance, as described in the literature and/or through managerial discourse. This unusual description of governance allows us to question the discourse built around the concept. Indeed, when trying to define or describe the notion of governance, the managerial discourse tends to neglect the particular nature of socio-cultural factors. And this managerial discourse about governance is often the authority when it comes to defining the scientific discourse on the matter and to influencing legal mechanisms.

The rapid development of information technologies has forced university libraries to examine their services, especially user education intended for researchers, professors, and students. This new reality places the virtual library in a new and slowly emerging perspective. It also raises the question of local collections development with regard to the access of data bases outside the library.

AbstractThe study attempts to assess the effect of an e-portfolio design by students on the method of building their personalized professional project. The e-portfolio may allow students, guided by a process of design – supported by an ergonomic thinking – to develop in an autonomous way their project. A study was undertaken over a two year period with a public of students in technological field, data-processing specialization. The results show that the suggested scenario makes it possible to support not only the construction of the project of the student but supports also the design of his digital identity and his personal learning environment.
