The positive role of entrepreneurship in national economies has led nations to make of the diffusion of entrepreneurial culture among youth a priority over the last few years. Meanwhile, student entrepreneurship has been the subject of a growing number of research studies, aiming at identifying how entrepreneurial intention is formed and how it can be supported. However, the conception of the student entrepreneur remains blurred. Existing definitions do not necessarily take into account the diversity of student models, entrepreneurial forms and trajectories. In turn, our research proposes a broader definition, from an analysis of literature and a study conducting in French entrepreneurial ecosystem PÉPITE.

Objectives The article presents the clinical description and discussion of a 17 years old Moroccan unaccompanied minor who migrated on his own to France. This case illustrates the complexity of the foreign unaccompanied minors' trajectories and the challenges of the clinical and institutional accompaniment provided in France. In the lights of the results of our clinical work and research, we suggest transcultural tools and perspectives that facilitate the construction of a narrative and that reinforce trust with the professionals-care givers working along with this population. Creativity is needed in the care of foreign isolated young people, in the absence of the family. Past traumatic experiences in these youths' lives hinder the process of building trust in the host country's educational accompaniment.Method In the framework of our action research, we describe the transcultural therapy setting created by our team to address the unaccompanied minors' psychological distress. Aiming to encourage the emergence of a life narrative that had been obstructed and ruptured by traumatic experiences, we resort to various tools facilitating the storytelling (objects, circle test, mediators interpreters, transcultural interpretations). Results The discussion follows three stances: the anthropological perspective focusing on the specific situation of the harraga—young people wandering both on the psychic and physical levels—, the political perspective, and the trauma clinic perspective. The enhancement and deepening of the cross-cultural skills of social workers strengthen their resources and provide them with better tools to accompany these young people. Additionally, results highlight the impact of the political discourse and strategies in the social workers' self-perception and the strains it creates in their daily work. Conclusion The transcultural approach addressed to unaccompanied minors relaunches the identity construction process in adolescence, impeded by their traumatic journey in migration. This implies restoring coherence in the life path of young people despite the rupture caused by the migration, often reactivated by new separations during the repetitive changes of foster homes. The unaccompanied minors have the possibility, through this clinical setting to depict an accurate representation of themselves, to develop narratives that can outgrow the preconceptions associated with their status, opening a brighter way for their individual destinies.

Quebec's resource regions are experiencing a cycle of demographic devitalization, where successive regional development policies and programs do not seem to have an effect. These policies focus mainly on enhancing economic potential, stimulating entrepreneurship and promoting centres of excellence, that are all lacking in the regions. However, by focusing on what is lacking in the regions, the strategies promoted minimize significant assets of these regions: firstly, the institutional capital and the potential of the products and services that its institutions could provide; secondly, the location advantage of these regions of Quebec, whose needs complementarity with other francophone regions of the world is striking. This article points out that Quebec regions have every interest in taking advantage of the diversity and number of organizations and institutions that mesh regional territories. It also points out the educational, cultural and artistic advantages that these institutions can provide in the growing global market of education, culture and leisure activity.

Background Seclusion and restraint are still being used frequently in psychiatric and mental health care despite their known harmful effects. Many countries have the goal of reducing their use, leading to a number of research on prevention interventions. While many of these interventions have been shown to be effective, reducing restrictive practices depends on several factors. Conceptual models have been developed in relation to seclusion and restraint, but none have addressed their prevention specifically.

At a time when universities have to position themselves on their approach regarding MOOCs, this paper presents the institutional background of MOOC deployment in two universities: the University of Montreal and the Université libre de Bruxelles. This analysis of MOOC strategies is carried out from the point of view of the main actors and outlines the context, process and arguments that led to the collaboration of the two institutions and the decisions they made to strategically position and implement their MOOC initiatives. Building on the collaboration instigated in the G3 initiative, the two institutions worked together to develop the positioning underlying the process, which led to some similar choices (means to ensure quality, research/deployment harmonization), but also some different ones. Each institution anticipated benefits based on its own context, which ultimately influenced its specific choice of courses: pedagogical innovation, professional development, focus on research work or teaching work, production of widely accessible and reusable educational resources, etc. The explanation of the choices made and their impacts is informative for any institution that wishes to develop its own MOOC strategy.

Our research focuses on governance in Africa in the context of a local public action network. Interest is given to collective decision-making with the participation of multiple stakeholders. We develop an integrative theoretical framework to identify the attributes of interested parties influencing collective decision-making, based on a literature review. In the empirical part, we operate a case study in three municipalities of the city of Algiers. Our results allow a redefinition of the attributes of the interested parties explaining their influences on the deliberations.
