With the loss of influence of institutional psychotherapy and the rise of new public management, I observe a questioning of the educational clinic in favor of an approach more oriented towards the notion of performance. This development does not seem to me to be relevant in view of the issues raised by professionals and the public who seem to be asking for more co-production or co-development of the social response. These issues go beyond the divide between trade and profession and engage reflection on the meaning of the action and fundamentally what is called the educational clinic.

SUMMARYAuto-development seeks to give back to the client the control of his development influenced by Rogers, Gendlin, Bugental and Gestalt. The author relates the events of his professional experience which lead him to set himself the following objective; insure that the participants are capable of transposing their experiences (apprenticeship) to their day-to-day life without outside help. With this intention, the author states the eight basic assumptions of his approach and the principal concepts which are : «instrumentation», process, recovering and responsability.

SUMMARYHaving tired of an ineffective hospital practice in the psycho-therapeutic treatment of psychosis, a psychiatrist founds, with health care workers, a therapeutic community where preference is given to the taking in of schizophrenics. The author summarizes the establishment, the mode of operation, the difficulties and the results of the enterprise of ten years duration. He believes that the daily sharing of the same way of life is therapeutic and favours the readaptation to the external world. La présente recherche qualitative, ancrée dans le paradigme de la psychologie humaniste, s'intéresse au dialogue entre le théâtre et la psychologie clinique. Plus particulièrement, cette thèse est guidée par une volonté de mieux comprendre l'expérience de la sensibilité dans le jeu telle que vécue par les comédiennes dans le but d'informer les psychothérapeutes dans leur pratique. Suivant les principes d'une épistémologie constructiviste, le cadre théorique met en lumière deux phénomènes qui servent de sol commun au dialogue entre le monde du théâtre et celui de la psychothérapie, soit celui du jeu ainsi que celui de la sensibilité. La créativité a été l’objet de plusieurs études dans des sphères variées en psychologie en raison des retombées et apports positifs qu’elle peut avoir chez les individus ainsi que dans le développement d’un domaine. Bien qu’un grand nombre de stratégies ou d’approches d’intervention thérapeutiques dites créatives puisse être recensé dans les écrits, il semble que peu d’études aient porté spécifiquement sur l’aspect relationnel de la créativité du thérapeute dans le contexte thérapeutique. En outre, jusqu’à maintenant, aucune étude ne semble s’être penchée spécifiquement sur la manière dont les psychothérapeutes perçoivent eux-mêmes la créativité relationnelle ainsi que ses retombées possibles en thérapie individuelle avec une clientèle adulte.
