Considering that a system is a regulating self-organisation, we propose to discuss the modalities of an integrative alternation that we have experimented with in adult training. The regulation is approached from the angle of the training's progressive evaluation and its emancipatory aims worked out in a multiform accompaniment to self-training. As the role of reflexivity is central, we focus here on the critical reading of a tool that we have developed, the Training Experience Index (TEI), in order to gather the representations of the trainees on the way they experience training and to be able to offer them appropriate support.

Objectives The relational mode and engagement difficulties of individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD) can elicit a variety of emotions in the clinician. Emotional activation and compassion fatigue are thus common and can lead to counterproductive interventions. Working with this clientele requires the ability to regulate negative emotions and inhibit associated behaviors. However, the processes involved in this emotional work are rarely made explicit and even less taught. The Project TANGO training was developed to help clinicians modify their emotional and behavioral reactions in the context of common complex interventions. Strategies from dialectical behavioral therapy are taught so that they can use them to self-regulate during emotionally demanding interventions. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of this training on intervention skills and readiness.

This paper discusses the contribution of models of behaviour change to the improvement of the clinical effectiveness of psychosocial interventions with adults. The transtheoretical model describes stages and mechanisms of behaviour change and is the most popular among models of behaviour change. This model has been mainly applied to the study of behaviour changes related to physical health. Two other models developed in the context of the study of behaviour changes in individuals with emotional problems, the model of assimilation and the model of causal mediation of change also describe trajectories of change. This paper highlights how these three models complement each other in their analysis of trajectories and mechanisms of change. Implications of these models for improving the involvement, perseverance and commitment of participants at different stages of change in a psychosocial intervention program, and for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the intervention programs are discussed.

This article aims to study nonprofit entrepreneurship using the concept of business model (BM). We applied an analytical framework based on the GRV model (generation, remuneration and value sharing), to the cases of the Village, a nonprofit organization providing holidays for poor and isolated people, and Multisport, a nonprofit organization providing activities for the local gymnasium. Our results show that, beyond minor difficulties concerning the integration of public grants, this framework accounts for the specificity and diversity of the nonprofit ventures studied. It succeeds in taking into account the aspects that are important to actors, reinterpreting them in terms of social entrepreneurship. This approach contributes to a better understanding of the way these organizations combine social values, financial issues and stake holders.

Research Framework: Families in high conflict separation situations disproportionately use the courts, lawyers and psychosocial resources, and use multiple systems simultaneously. Professionals feel powerless to intervene with them and to tend to hold negative perceptions about them. The individual characteristics they perceive in parents must be studied because of their importance in understanding both the interpersonal dynamics of these parents and the challenges of professional intervention. Objectives: This study aims to identify the perceptions of legal and psychosocial professionals regarding the individual characteristics of parents involved in high conflict situations. Methodology: A thematic content analysis was conducted on two types of documents, including the files kept by the psychotherapists participating in the Parenting-Conflict-Resolution protocol and the court decisions rendered in family situations that were admitted to the same protocol. Results: The discourse of judges and psychologists reveals their perception of the individual characteristics of parents involved in high conflict family separations, such as distrust, opposition, lack of empathy, impulsiveness, lack of introspection and self-criticism, and immature defense mechanisms. Conclusions: This article highlights the perceptions of legal and psychosocial professionals regarding individual characteristics of parents involved in high conflict situations. Our results show how these individual characteristics might generate difficulties in interpersonal relationships and impact their use of the various psychosocial and legal systems. Contribution: The results of this study document the perceptions of legal and psychosocial professionals regarding the individual characteristics of parents experiencing high conflict separation, which supports reflections on the needs of these families and the challenges faced by the legal and psychosocial service systems with them.
