The evolution of agri-food systems has been decisive to the development of human societies. Thus, nowadays, the current hegemonic system induces modes of food production, distribution and consumption, which contribute in a major way in the socio-environmental crisis. In such a context, a change of agrifood paradigm is required in order to promote the transformations necessary for the ecosocial transition. The creation of spaces for collective reflection and co-construction of alternative agri-food systems appears as a privileged context for contributing to such a change. In this regard, education can play a key role : it can stimulate the establishment of such spaces, support the learning that takes place there and invite to the analysis, the discussion and the dissemination of promising initiatives. In this sense, this article offers essential elements for the development of a framework strategy for socio-educational action for adults, inspired by the ecologist trend of environmental education and based on the principles of agroecology.

Strategic work — strategizing — is difficult to seize, in particular when it comes to its occurrences outside of executives' meetings deliberately organized for this purpose. In this paper, we explore the ability of a specific unit of analysis, the strategic episode (Hendry and Seidl, 2003), to ease this challenge and to allow for the study of a wide range of strategizing occurrences. Based on a systematic literature review, we suggest several research paths in order for this concept to achieve its full potential. In doing so, this paper aims at helping researchers to better seize all strategizing occurrences, notably beyond its formal exercise.

Objectives Since the 2000s, telework became common practice with the advent of telecommunication technologies. In the lockdown context linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, telework became the norm. The literature indicates that telework can have positive effects (e.g., reduction of commuting) but can also create challenges in terms of work-life balance, productivity at work and relationships within the work collective. Few studies focused on the elements that allow teleworkers to accomplish their work tasks optimally in the pandemic context. This study aimed to identify workers' best practices in telework by bringing forward the strategies they put into practice. More precisely, this study aimed at surveying teleworkers on their winning strategies in telework in order to 1) promote their work-life balance (and vice-versa) and their productivity in telework; and 2) promote their relationship with their immediate supervisor and their colleagues.

We tested the effects of explicit writing instruction for opinion essays with 5th grade elementary students in Quebec. We developed a mixed sequential explanatory design in which qualitative data were used to explain the data obtained with quantitative tools. These tools allowed us to measure the writing progress and perceived self-efficacy of 483 students in three groups: two experimental groups practiced explicit instruction, one with peer feedback, and the other without, as well as a control group. We conducted interviews with 21 students to get them to explain their use of the strategies taught, to see if the intervention had helped them strengthen their self-regulation skills. Results show the effectiveness of explicit instruction on students' writing performance, their self-efficacy, and on the development of their self-regulation skills.

Lors de cette maîtrise, nous avons contribué à la recherche en assemblage pour la robotique collaborative par la conceptualisation et réalisation d’une nouvelle stratégie d’insertion basée sur le principe de l’inclinaison. Son effet sur les forces et positions du robot a permis d’élaborer un vecteur solution, candidat à une direction vers un alésage dont la position est initialement inconnue. Les insertions ont été analysées minutieusement pour aider le robot dans la recherche de trou et éliminer l’effet de hasard de l’insertion en spirale. Ceci a rendu le robot plus intelligent sans avoir à utiliser un système de contrôle rigide ou un capteur externe. Bien que l'agrotourisme soit de plus en plus populaire au Québec, le phénomène n'est pas récent. Déjà au milieu des années '70 on évoquait son importance sans, toutefois, que l'agrotourisme ne se soit taillé une place réelle dans l'offre touristique du Québec. Depuis le début des années '90, par contre, l'agrotourisme occupe une place de plus en plus importante. Dans ce contexte, l'étude vise à répondre à trois grandes questions: (1) Qu'est-ce que l'agrotourisme? (2) Pourquoi? (3) Comment doit-on déployer l'agrotourisme pour en assurer sa pérennité? D'autre part, l'étude adopte une approche nouvelle en insistant sur l'importance d'inclure le patrimoine et l'environnement dans le développement de l'agrotourisme. Ce mémoire décrit, dans un premier temps, une approche synthétique viable pour l'élaboration de plusieurs dérivés d'anthracyclines de façon convergente. La convergence proviendrait d'une stratégie de Diels-Alder en tandem utilisant des diènes transmissibles. Pour ce faire nous devrons fabriquer des triènes de type 2-vinyl-1,3-butadiène comportant différents substituants. Alors, dans un deuxième temps, nous verrons une présentation de tous les chemins de synthèse essayés en vue d'une approche simple et originale pour la fabrication de ces triènes. Les chapitres seront divisés par triènes, en ordre croissant de leur degré de substitution. Enfin, pour les Diels-Alder en tandem, le premier diénophile utilisé serait la naphtoquinone (ou des dérivés de la naphtoquinone) et le deuxième serait un alcyne activé.
