Research in inter-firms cooperations mainly focused on large firms, sometimes on SMEs, but sparsely on very small craft industry. We tried to set up a contribution to the professional relationship management, through a qualitative study of a formalized and successful co-operation. The point in this craftsmanship cooperative is to demonstrate that a co-contracting strategy imposed by the market can lead to a genuine partnership, based on specific professional relationship management, along with their inner trust and on the acceptance of a perpetual evolution.

Considered one of the main drivers of economic development of a country, the young innovative technological ventures (YITV) are responsible for the introduction of new technologies, exploring business opportunities and the creation of markets for the future.In spite of the considerable interest carried in the performance of YITV (Jiao et al., 2013 ; Chen, 2009 ; Song et al., 2008), research on the determinants have instead adopted a contingency approach that gestalt, while many studies underline the relevance of this latter perspective is to integrate various elements into a holistic approach (Ketchen, Thomas and Snow, 1993 ; Harms et al., 2009 ; Witmeur and Biga Diambeidou, 2010) so as to overcome the conflicts of the contingent approach related to the analysis of a multitude of bivariate relationships (Henninger-Vacher, 1999 ; 2000).The purpose of this research thus is to contribute to a better understanding of the performance of the YITV by the proposal of a gestaltist modeling which joins within the framework of the configurationnel approach. To reach there, a quantitative survey was led with a sample of 95 YITV of the software sector in France. The conclusions of this work can then constitute a key for reading allowing to give an instructive perspective on the privileged ways of the performance of the YITV and to be the object, for the practitioners, of reflections and complementary analyses in their practices even of development of a decision-making tool aimed at the entrepreneurs.

This article revisits the hypothesis whereby perilization logic reinforces both the prohibitionist and the therapeutic logics. This hypothesis was put forward in order to explain the apparent political success of harm reduction practices and policies, these being grounded in the perilization logic. This reflection is realized through an examination of the statements produced around Insite, one of two safe injection services in Vancouver. Using a Foucauldian-inspired approach to discourse analysis, it shows how certain statements have problematized both the therapeutic and prohibitionist logics even as they have partly renewed them. As a conclusion, an exploratory discussion of some of the possibilities opened up by this “discursive event” is initiated.

The development of structures and knowledge influences the social and health systems to change their regulation, and it is important to gain a better understanding of the processes that enhance or hinder the planned changes. This paper aims to integrate the concept of the field within the institutional analysis of change. This concept, defined by Pierre Bourdeau, is particularly useful to pinpoint the dynamics of implementation of a reform, as illustrated by a case study concerning the treatment of AIDS. Within this sector, three fields are identified, and the dynamics of changes in their regulation is presented. This research underlines the importance of placing particular attention on the most institutionalized fields within a sector of intervention and on their principal stakeholders, who tend to adopt conservation strategies. In order to bring in substantial changes, the development of formalized and authoritarian stratégies is recommended.
