    Government intervention is a practical necessity in agriculture. This is a consequence of the specificities the sector, characterized by long production delays, as well as by a large role of risk and of fixed factors, in face of an inelastic demand. In such conditions, markets failures are to be expected, and public intervention increases welfare. Actually, public intervention in agriculture is a common feature of many developed and developing countries. Unfortunately, it is often misdirected. Because agricultural production functions are homogenous and degree 1, unlimited price support likely to induce the production unlimited quantities, whatever level chosen for supported prices. generalized quota policy is unavoidable.

    AbstractCultural industries play a strategic role within the development of the creative cities insofar as it acts as a catalyst for innovative experiences, facilitate and support the emergence of diversified practices and contribute to the economic development.The examination of the practices taking place in cybermuseology, and in particular, digital opera and soft cinema suggests that a process of codification is at the core of the innovative practices taking place within this domain that are facilitating a transformation of performing arts and giving rise to the emergence of new genres within the cultural industries.
