The concept of Ba proposed by Nonaka and Konno (1998) aims at explaining the basic conditions governing the conversion of knowledge in innovation projects. This concept still suffers from a relative lack of precision that this article seeks to fill. To do this, we propose to use the work of the School of Proximity. We show, thanks to the study of a case of failure of cooperation between French and Chinese health actors, that an inadequately developed Ba is an obstacle to the conversion of knowledge between actors, an obstacle that we analyze here as an absence of proximities. Theoretical enrichments are then proposed, since complementarities between the concepts of proximities and Ba appear.

Our article explores literary heterolingualism in the Amazigh (Berber, Morocco) novel. Known for its oral tradition, Amazigh literature is now asserting itself as a written literature with growing editorial production, strengthening its genres, and diversifying its themes and aesthetics. Positioned within a pluralistic literary system, it reflects the sociolinguistic diversity that characterizes Moroccan society and its linguistic market. However, heterolingualism in Amazigh novels takes on a more aesthetic dimension. Drawing on a corpus of three Amazigh novels, our analysis examines the glossonymic presence of other languages and the forms and functions of the heterolingual segments and enclaves integrated into these texts. Authentic and innovative within the field of Amazigh literary studies, this issue opens new avenues for original research, offering opportunities to renew critical approaches.
