Abstract. — Difference of opinion about climatic results after volcanic eruptions (Tambora 1815, Krakatoa 1883) is explained by the kind of information transmittal. The 1816 summer fall of temperature had not been connected with the first one. It congested the atmosphere with a height or nine times higher volum than in the second, but it was not signalized to the whole world, as it was done for the second one. In the same way if the 1921-30 period avalanches appear to have been negligible with regard to the last years, the reason lies in the moutains depopulation, with may be a minor snow amount than usually.
