Benyamin Spiegel is now travelling the world in search of new flavours and culinary innovations. An alumnus of McGill’s Faculty of Arts, he has apprenticed with a number of Canada’s leading chefs, including Michael Stadtländer of Eigensinn Farm near Collingwood, Ontario.
