Résumé

L’objet de cet article est de faire une présentation du système d’assurance-maladie en France. Dans un premier temps, l’auteur présente les traits principaux du système de santé en France, en soulignant ses mutations. Dans un deuxième temps, il décrit l’activité des assureurs français dans le domaine de la complémentaire maladie.

Abstract

The goal of this article is to present the French health insurance system. Firstly, the author examines the main characteristics of this system, with special attention to its mutations. Secondly, he describes the French insurance companies operations in the area of complementary sickness insurance.
