Abstract
This study, conducted on 36 teachers, showed a high level of satisfaction towards the Mindfulness- Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program as well as various subjective personal benefits (e.g., better emotion regulation and stress management). Moreover, experienced benefits are also described for pupils (e.g., more positive atmosphere in class) and for the school (e.g., more kindness and better relationships with colleagues). Underlining the usefulness of MBSR for teachers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, these results are in line with previous international studies and open interesting perspectives in terms of education and research.
