COÉLABORATION DE CONNAISSANCES SUR LES FACTEURS D’ENGAGEMENT À UNE COMMUNAUTÉ DE PRATIQUE POUR LE DP (CODP)

Résumé

Dans un contexte où les élèves sont natifs des technologies, contrairement aux enseignants, l’intégration des technologies en classe comporte plusieurs enjeux. La présente étude s’attarde à comprendre l’engagement des enseignants dans un dispositif de développement professionnel pour l’intégration des TIC. L’objectif est de synthétiser les connaissances sur les divers aspects et facteurs ayant une influence sur l’engagement à ce type de démarche. Cette synthèse, produite à l’aide d’une démarche de coélaboration de connaissance, relève les facteurs d’engagement à une communauté de pratique en ligne pour le développement professionnel (CoDP) regroupés sous trois aspects : accessibilité, participation, reconnaissance.

Abstract

Given that students today are technology natives, unlike teachers, ICT integration represents many issues. This study is an initiative to understand teacher engagement factors when it comes to professional development in ICT. Our objective is to synthesize knowledge about the diverse aspects and factors that influence this type of engagement. This synthesis, undertaken with a knowledge-building approach, presents engagement factors in an online community of practice for professional development (CoPD) under three aspects: accessibility, participation, and appreciation.
