Résumé
Avec la crise des temps caractérisée par le délitement des rythmes sociaux et le sentiment d’accélération, penser les temporalités est devenu un nouvel enjeu des politiques publiques territoriales. Cependant, un hiatus demeure entre les problématiques liées à l’hypertension des rythmes des territoires et les méthodes existantes pour les représenter. Des apports de la Time-geography, au chronotopes du politecnico di Milano, les travaux qui essaient de saisir le temps des territoires laissent entrevoir la difficulté à retranscrire un phénomène aussi intangible. Notre propos est de présenter deux méthodes innovantes utilisées dans notre recherche afin de faciliter le chronoaménagement et le chronourbanisme. La première repose sur la cartographie des attracteurs temporels lors de la révision du PLU (Plan Local d’Urbanisme) de la ville de Niort. La seconde s’appuie sur de développement d’une méthode de photographie en série destinée à capter les évolutions fines des pratiques d’un lieu dans le cadre de son ré-aménagement ou du souhait de rééquilibrer ses fonctions et pratiques.

Abstract
With the crisis of time, characterized by the crumbling of the social rhythms and the feeling of acceleration, thinking the temporalities through has become a new concern for the territorial public policies. However, a gap remains in the issues concerning the hypertension of the territorial rhythms and the existing methods to represent them. From the contribution of Time-geography to the “chronotope” of the istituto politecnico di Milano, studies trying to understand territorial time reveal how hard it is to portray so intangible a phenomenon. Our purpose is to present two innovative methods used in our research to facilitate chronoaménagement and chrono-planning. The first is based on the mapping of time attractors in the revision of the PLU (Plan Local d’Urbanisme) of the city of Niort. The second is based on the development of a serial snapping method destined to capture the subtle evolutions of the customs of a place in order to feed the chrono settlement.
