Résumé
En 1993, H. Münkner soulignait toutes les difficultés à transposer dans la réalité économique et sociale allemande le modèle de l’économie sociale française (Recma, n° 247). Il propose aujourd’hui une tentative de définition de l’économie sociale en Allemagne à partir du terme d’« entreprise promotrice », qui réunit les coopératives, les entreprises d’intérêt général, les associations et les entreprises à finalité sociale. Il montre qu’une théorie de la gestion des entreprises promotrices doit dépasser le débat autour de la finalité des coopératives et s’appuyer sur l’analyse des modes de prise de décision, tout en respectant une approche pluridisciplinaire.
Abstract
In 1993, H. Münkner highlighted the problems of applying the French social-economy model to the social and economic reality in Germany (Recma no. 247). He now attempts to define the social economy in Germany starting from what he calls the “goal-promoting firm”, which encompasses cooperatives, public interest firms, associations and firms with social objectives. He shows that formulating a theory on the management of goal-promoting firms must go beyond the debate about the purpose of cooperatives and analyze the decision-making process within a multi-disciplinary approach.
