La fable de l’entrepreneuriat en Afrique

Résumé

Ce texte est construit à partir des arguments des attendus de la fable de l’entrepreneuriat, dont la fable de la croissance, le magma des PME de la fable de l’entrepreneuriat et la fable de la confusion entre entrepreneuriat et dispositifs habilitants. Nous étudierons la maxime oubliée de la fable de l’entrepreneuriat, Réfléchir avant d’agir, au regard du point de vue de ce que sont un entrepreneur et l’entrepreneuriat. Nous nous pencherons sur l’incubation et les incubateurs, sur les facteurs de motivation entrepreneuriale à partir des théories du financement incitatif (push and pull), sur les profils de l’entrepreneur, sur l’accompagnement, sur l’entrepreneuriat genré ainsi que sur l’entrepreneuriat universitaire pour effectuer la démonstration associée à la maxime oubliée. Une conclusion abordera la synthèse des bases de l’économie de l’entreprendre en contexte africain.

Abstract

This text is built on the arguments of the expectations of the entrepreneurship fable, namely the growth fable, the SME mixture of the entrepreneurship fable and the fable of the confusion between entrepreneurship and empowering mechanisms. We will investigate the forgotten maxim of the entrepreneurship fable, “Think before you act”, from the point of view of what an entrepreneur is and what entrepreneurship is. We will also analyze business incubation and incubators, entrepreneurial motivation factors using the push and pull funding theories, entrepreneur profiles, entrepreneurial support, gendered entrepreneurship and university entrepreneurship to complete the demonstration associated with the forgotten maxim. A conclusion will address the question of the foundations of entrepreneurship in the African context.
