La diversité des intervenants oblige à définir les rôles de chacun dans la cohérence et la complémentarité. Cet article vise à rappeler la problématique psychique particulière du schizophrène qui rend ce sujet éminemment vulnérable dans ses relations interpersonnelles. Son statut de sujet est constamment menacé. Les apports spécifiques d'une relation individuelle sont illustrés pour souligner la nécessité d'aménager un rapport duel significatif et constant dans l'ensemble des mesures de soins et de soutien social.
