Résumé
La communauté d’apprentissage offre plusieurs possibilités de développement professionnel aux enseignants. Puisqu’un flou conceptuel règne autour de ce concept et qu’il nuit à son application, cet article en propose une définition englobante en fonction de ses dimensions affective, cognitive et idéologique. Selon l’analyse de contenu réalisée, la communauté d’apprentissage se définit comme un lieu de partage et de soutien entre enseignants. Elle permet la construction de savoirs individuels et collectifs, l’ajustement des pratiques et la recherche de sens. Les praticiens y apprivoisent un savoir savant ou participent à son élaboration, tout en contribuant à l’édification d’une vision partagée dans l’école.

Summary
Learning communities offer several opportunities for teacher professional development. Since conceptual vagueness prevails around this concept and undermines its application, this article proposes a comprehensive definition based on its emotional, cognitive and ideological dimensions. According to the content analysis conducted, the learning community is defined as a place of sharing and support among teachers. It allows the construction of individual knowledge, collective adjustment of pedagogical practices and the search for meaning. Practitioners will become familiarized with scholarly knowledge or participate in its development, while contributing to building a shared vision in their school.

Resumen
La comunidad de aprendizaje proporciona varias posibilidades de desarrollo profesional a los docentes. Dado que una ambigüedad conceptual prevale alrededor de este concepto que perjudica su aplicación, este artículo propone una definición integral que tome en cuenta sus dimensiones afectiva, cognitiva e ideológica. Según el análisis de contenido realizado, la comunidad de aprendizaje se define como un lugar de reparto y de apoyo entre docentes. Permite la construcción de saberes individuales y colectivos, el ajuste de las prácticas y la búsqueda de sentido. Los docentes dominan un saber sabio o participan a su elaboración, contribuyendo de esa manera a la edificación de una visión compartida en la escuela.
