Cette étude vise à clarifier le rôle des valeurs religieux dans l'essor de nouveaux entrepreneurs pieux en Turquie, fondé sur une enquête sur le terrain menée à Kayseri (1980- Présent). Elle essaie en particulier à expliquer l'influence de la religion sur la morale de travail chez ces entrepreneurs, connus sous le nom de «tigres anatoliens». Au regard de la thématisation des deux personnages arabes d'Henri d'Ofterdingen (Hd'O, 1802), Zulima et Ginnistan, qui montrent à Henri et Éros le chemin vers l'âge d'or, le travail présenté pose le questionnement de quel rôle joue l'orient islamique dans les œuvres de Novalis, particulièrement concernant son projet de fonder une religion (naturelle) libérée des dogmes poétiques et philosophiques. Turnip mosaic potyvirus (TuMV) is a single-stranded RNA plant virus. One of its proteins, the cylindrical inclusion (CI) protein, was hypothesized to interfere with host transcription via interaction with histone H3 protein. Interaction between CI and histone H3 was previously observed in Dr. Fortin's laboratory. Based on previous studies that demonstrated the importance of the H3 tail domain in gene regulation and chromosome arrangement, it was hypothesized that CI would interact with the tail rather than the globular domain.
