    In Canadian law, consent usually draws the line between permissible and criminal sexual activity. However, case law has determined that, for reasons of public order, a person cannot consent to sexual activity that causes intentional bodily harm. This limit on consent is analyzed in the context of BDSM (Bondage, Dominance/Submission Sado-masochism) activities.

    By integrating literary works in their own doxologic context, it is possible to draw an homology between topical dispositifs and stylematic architectures, enabling us to find in which ways a given text can be received as literature. If we are looking for proofs of literariness,we must take less into account internal stylistic marks than the social dimension of reception and the necessary topics of the art of language.
