Contexte : Les émotions associées aux changements climatiques, souvent désignées sous le terme d’écoanxiété, sont de plus en plus étudiées sous l’appellation plus large d’émotions climatiques. Ce concept regroupe une diversité de réactions émotionnelles (peur, colère, tristesse, espoir…) face à la crise environnementale. Problème : L’évolution de ce concept au cours des années a complexifié leur mesure et limité le développement d’interventions fondées sur des données probantes. Objectif : L’objectif de cette revue systématique est d’identifier et d’analyser les interventions existantes qui accompagnent la gestion des émotions climatiques. Méthodes : À partir d’une recherche dans PubMed, PsychInfo et Web of Science, 1 217 articles ont été dépistés, parmi lesquels 20 ont été retenus après application des critères d’inclusion et d’exclusion. Résultats : L’analyse met en évidence une diversité d’approches, incluant des recommandations théoriques, des interventions testées empiriquement et des programmes éducatifs. Parmi les interventions évaluées, certaines reposent sur des approches thérapeutiques, comme la thérapie d’acceptation et d’engagement, tandis que d’autres s’appuient sur des stratégies expérientielles et collectives, telles que les groupes de discussion, l’activisme, ou des pratiques artistiques et narratives. Conclusion : Les résultats soulignent le manque d’évaluations empiriques robustes, la prédominance des approches qualitatives et la nécessité de recherches longitudinales. La psychoéducation, comme discipline spécialisée dans l’adaptation psychosociale, pourrait jouer un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement des émotions climatiques, en intégrant ces interventions dans différents milieux de vie. Cette étude propose des recommandations pour le développement de programmes adaptés aux réalités des personnes confrontées aux défis psychologiques des changements climatiques.

Abstract
Context: The emotions associated with climate change, often referred to as eco-anxiety, are increasingly being studied under the broader term of climate emotions. This concept encompasses a variety of emotional responses (fear, anger, sadness, hope…) to the environmental crisis. Problem: The evolution of this concept over the years has complicated its measurement and limited the development of evidence-based interventions. Objective: The aim of this systematic review is to identify and analyze existing interventions aimed at addressing the spectrum of climate emotions. Methods: A search of PubMed, PsychInfo and Web of Science identified 1,217 articles, of which 20 were retained after applying the inclusion criteria. Results: The analysis reveals a variety of approaches, including theoretical recommendations, empirically tested interventions, and educational programs. Among the interventions reviewed, some are based on therapeutic approaches, such as acceptance and commitment therapy, while others are based on experiential and collective strategies, such as discussion groups, activism, or artistic and narrative practices. Conclusions: The findings highlight the lack of robust empirical evaluations, the predominance of qualitative approaches, and the need for longitudinal research. Psychoeducation, as a discipline specialized in psychological adaptation, could play a key role in supporting climate emotions by integrating these interventions into different life settings. This study provides recommendations for the development of programs tailored to the realities of individuals facing the psychological challenges of climate change.
