Objectives People with borderline personality disorder experience significant health challenges, both in terms of their mental and physical health, resulting in significant functional repercussions. In Quebec and elsewhere in the world, it is reported that the services in place are often poorly adapted or inaccessible. The purpose of this study was to document the current situation in the different regions of Quebec for clients with borderline personality disorder, to describe the main challenges associated with the implementation of services for this clientele, and to identify possible recommendations to meet the needs of this clientele applicable in different practice settings.

Potterian bioethics plays a proactive role, when carried out in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams with a mandate to operationalize public policy, as highlighted in the Canadian Journal of Bioethics in 2022 where several articles on Van Rensselaer Potter's thinking appeared on the 50th anniversary of the first publication of the term bioethics in the North American literature. This global perspective, which is still insufficiently detailed, critically reflects on the place, the role and the imperative of bioethics as an adaptive management of the environment; and it aims to accompany empirical projects in the operation of their scientific, political and public visions, which are sometimes synergistic, and other times conflicting. In order to specify the operationalization of this global perspective of bioethics, it is pertinent to mobilize theoretical notions from sociology and philosophy of science, in particular the Latourian concept of Hybrid Forum and the Paradigm associated to Thomas Kuhn. To illustrate this, the argument presented here mobilizes the empirical case of a project to design a monitoring of antibiotic use in Quebec, Canada (2018-2022), and expands on the importance of being aware of context (technological, sociological and anthropological) in order to deepen and pose constructive criticism. This article presents an alternative perspective to the act of governing by proposing a proactive process of governance.

After hypothesizing that the multiplication of manifestos, which characterizes the current era, can be analyzed as a response to the contemporary conjunction of economic, social and ecological crises, this article proposes a critical analysis of the way in which these manifestos address the issue of work. The first part considers the manifestos that promote or predict the end of work. The second part analyzes the way in which manifestos focusing on the ecological crisis and the crisis of social reproduction advocate a radical transformation of the ways in which work is thought and organized. A third part confronts the nature of the transformations of the organization of work that are supported by the manifestos whose aim is to decarbonate, decommodify and democratize capitalism, on the one hand, and by those that aim at overcoming the exploitative nature of capitalism, on the other.

The reforms of teacher training in France have led to the introduction of a thesis, professional first and then a research thesis with professional scope. Though meant to help train students in and through research, this academic writing remains insufficiently defined, thereby raising the question of the expectations of the professors who supervise and evaluate it. In this article, we explore this issue, analyzing feedback provided by professors from various disciplines on theses by students in the second year of the MEEF Masters for early childhood and primary education. Specifically, we aim to identify the aspects privileged by these professors to evaluate the theses.

This article analyzes the recent initiatives about the Kanon certification concerning the Orthodox world and, more precisely, Greece. It questions the role that the monastic products, but also the religious certifications (like halal, kosher and the Catholic brand Monastic), play in a new approach of economic realities. It examines the use of the religious imaginary by Greek advertising. The aim is to show how the recent demand for monastic products is linked to restoration promises of the economic equilibrium, consumerism becoming in this context not only an experience but also an act of engagement. Another issue treated in this framework, the possibility for the religious domain to redefine the priorities and principles of commercial exchanges.
