This articles explores a form of musical resistance to the extreme and multifaceted crisis of the Second World War, and more specifically detention in Nazi prisons and camps, through two sets of songs rewritten on familiar tunes by deported French Resistance women: a collection of prison songs invented between 1941 and 1944 and compiled by librarian Yvonne Oddon around 1945, but as well as operetta-revue Le Verfügbar aux Enfers, noted in 1944 by ethnologist Germaine Tillion in the Ravensbrück camp.
