ABSTRACTAn increasing number of hospitals and rehabilitation centresinclude sexuality in their mandate. Some of these establishments havedeveloped a policy in this matter or would like to. Based on a study ofrecorded policies, the author discusses verious aspects of these policies, including legitimacy, necessity, content and implementation. Most policies under study are built around the notion that sexuality is a problem. The policy is therefore designed as an instrument for normalization andsocial control. The author proposes another paradigm: that which envisionssexuality positively by emphasizing the need to improve one'squality of sex life. As a result, policies would be more attuned to themeaning of sexuality rather than to sexual norms and rules. The authorargues that such a concept widens the scope of institutional policy, fromsexuality-as-a-problem to sexuality-as-a-health-issue.

This paper aims to analyze from a sociological perspective the different types of agents who participated in the implementation of the French 2012 presidential webcampaign. On the one hand, it examines the different statuses of the webcampaign team members (external consultants, internal staff experts, volunteers, trainees), their socioprofessional profiles as well as their education and political background. On the other hand, it focuses on the recruitment logics by identifying the resources and skills (in terms of politics or digital communication) that are involved in the management of candidates' online campaigns. The heterogeneity characterizing the profiles of the members who took part in the French presidential webcampaign in 2012 allows us to question the professionalization process of political communication and the access to careers in the field of political communication. Our survey shows that even though digital communication knowledge is becoming an important requirement, political skills and legitimacy are still determinant for joining a webcampaign team.

Psychoanalysis has societal implications. In other words, it has an historical responsibility regarding the evolution of societies in which it has developed. It is also influenced by the societies and political systems in which it unfolds. Psychoanalytic theory may integrate this reciprocal influence in order to reflect on it and learn from it for its own politic. However, in the current context, this cannot be achieved in a theoretical or practical isolation, especially in regards to social sciences and social innovations.
